Note: Some tours require minimum group sizes or have advance booking requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by tour type:

  • Standard Tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
  • Premium Tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour
  • Private Tours: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour

Late Cancellations: Within the cancellation window, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are non-refundable.
