Booking a tour is simple! Browse our available tours, select your preferred date and time, enter your details, and complete the payment. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with all the tour details.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Log into your account, go to "My Bookings," select the tour you want to modify, and follow the prompts. Some modifications may incur additional fees.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for groups of 6 or more people. The discount varies by tour type and group size. Contact our support team at support@toursion.com for a custom group quote.

What if my preferred tour date is not available?

If your preferred date is unavailable, you can join the waitlist or check nearby dates. Some tours offer additional availability upon request. Contact the tour operator directly through our platform for special arrangements.

Private Tours: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before
Within the cancellation window, a 50% fee applies.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, log into your account, go to "My Bookings," select the tour you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking." Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details.

What happens if the tour operator cancels?

If a tour operator cancels, you'll receive a full refund immediately. We'll also help you find alternative tours or dates if you'd like to rebook. In some cases, operators may offer additional compensation for the inconvenience.

Tour Experience

What should I bring on a tour?

Each tour page includes a "What to Bring" section. Generally, we recommend comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, water bottle, sunscreen, and any personal medications. Specific tours may have additional requirements listed in the tour details.

Are tours suitable for children?

Many tours are family-friendly! Check the tour description for age recommendations and requirements. Some tours offer child discounts, and private tours can often be customized for families with children.

What happens in bad weather?

Tours typically operate in light weather conditions. If severe weather makes the tour unsafe, operators may cancel or reschedule. You'll be notified immediately and offered a full refund or alternative date. Indoor tours usually operate regardless of weather.

How do I leave a review?

After your tour, you'll receive an email with a link to leave a review. You can also log into your account, go to "My Trips," and click "Write Review" next to completed tours. Your feedback helps other travelers and supports our operators!
